Mileage Log+ Trip Log Tracker App Reviews

The app is quite good for keeping up with your business mileage log but the new backup feature with iCloud doesnt seem to work. I constantly see the option last backup; none. So I dont even think it ever synced. This issue must be addressed.

I am sad to see they removed Dropbox with this last update. I will not be updating again. I have been using this app for 2 years.

Maybe you should have told at least warned us wed lose our data when you removed Dropbox sync?!?!?!?

I have tried many mileage tracking apps and Mileage Log+ is without doubt my favorite. No other app is as simple and easy to use while delivering all the features I need. Cant recommend it highly enough to anyone who needs to log trips, manage mileage reimbursements and tax expenses!!!

Now that the app has dropped support of Dropbox and replaced it with iCloud sync, the app no longer shows my years of trips. No data. NONE. And it appears that it even deleted my Dropbox data file! So, after updating and opening the app, its like starting from scratch. Hopefully, theyll figure out how to fix this -- and restore my data. Until then, AVOID THIS UPDATE!!!

I love the core functionality of the app. Everything about how it works is completely intuitive. Unfortunately, the decision to eliminate Dropbox support and use only iCloud resulted in losing all of my data. I stored everything in Dropbox for years, and had to do a full restore on my phone this month, expecting the data to sync with Dropbox. Nope....everything is gone. Fortunately, I email the reports to myself almost every week, so I still have a record, but now Im going to have to re-assemble everything manually. At the same time, the app is showing that its never successfully backed up to iCloud, and theres no sync button to force the sync, so Im worried about more data loss. The design itself makes for an amazing app and its still the best, most intuitive mileage tracker Ive used, but the decision to no longer support Dropbox is completely bone-headed and could leave a lot of users out in the cold.

Changing my 5 star review to 2 stars. Today I get a confusing message that iCloud sync isnt working. Dropbox backup is gone?? And after setting up iCloud sync, it perpetually says "Last Sync: none". Insane that I now have no backup of this critical business data. Emailing archives to myself is not very convenient!

Owner of trip cubby, I was used to field visibility settings, number entry control, of which are missing in this new expensive version. And it wont let you save an entry without putting in a purpose, a value I have no use for. This version takes me over twice as long to enter what was quick and efficient before. I tried to export and import my data as they suggested. No luck. Im sticking with Trip cubby which is miles ahead of this app on several levels. If I could get my money back I would.

Not worth .99$ much less $9.99, this should not be on the Apple store

For some reason I thought this app tracked your location and entered the mileage automatically. It doesnt. Therefore a $10 price tag is extremely high for manual entry and even that is fairly unintuitive.

I loved Tip Cubby. Now they make it so complicated to enter a trip. What a waste of money. Looking for another product now.

A little expensive but at the end of the day it works. Simple but has everything I need in it. Would have given 5 stars if price was better.

I must be missing something...but this app should use GPS and map the route. I dont get why in the 21st century you need enter mileage.

The app is quite good for keeping up with your business mileage log and has a old backup feature in case of loss of data. The new 1.2 update features a new visual and sorting features that makes it easy to keep track of your trips. I recommend!

This app effectively meets the taxation authorities requirement for documentation of business expense. The interface is easy and useful. It is so good it is taking a position on the " bottom bar" for useful apps for immediate access.

My wife tracks her vehicle on her phone and I track my vehicle on my phone for the most part....We both share the sync as we interchange vehicles every once and a while, so keeping track of business vs personal kms is crucial. The app apparently cant handle that and consistently erases the data on my phone for my vehicle when my wife enters information on her phone for her vehicle. Being one of the most if not the most expensive mileage app out there...It is beyond me how it hasnt been tested across multiple phones to track multiple vehicles as advertised. Also, limited features for the price....If you are looking for a robust and comprehensive mileage app, this is not it!!!

App works great, backs up to Dropbox has gps and is simple to use. Highly recommend

I used this for my business and I use it alongside a few employees and we all track our mileage from the same app. It’s great. Anyone looking to track mileage in a stylish way, has come to the end of their search.

I really like the newest update. Im in the habit now of inputting the accts I am seeing next and having it auto complete the mileage. Nice touch! Also, I like the options of a PDF report or an excel spreadsheet. Im used many other apps for tracing mileage, and this is my favorite.
